New feature: launch of a chatbot on Guichet.lu

As of today, Guichet.lu has a new feature!
A chatbot has just been launched on the website to help you find the information you need even more quickly.
In practical terms, you can interact with the chatbot in the 3 languages of the site (German, English, French) as well as in most European languages (please note that for the latter, the response is machine-translated). Feel free to ask your question in Luxembourgish: the chatbot will understand the question but will reply in French for the time being.
To ensure a high-quality response, the chatbot undergoes a moderation process, which takes around 15 seconds before the answer is displayed.
Please note: the chatbot offers you a new, user-friendly way to search for information on Guichet.lu but does not provide information regarding your current applications, declarations or cases with the Luxembourg administration.
