Supplementary communal elections in Heffingen and Préizerdaul: apply for postal voting via MyGuichet.lu

The communes of Heffingen and Préizerdaul are organising supplementary communal elections on Sunday 14 September 2025.
Voting is mandatory for all voters registered on the electoral rolls in the commune.
If you are unable to attend on that day or prefer to vote from home, you can opt to vote by post.
You can apply for postal voting:
- online using MyGuichet.lu; or
- by post on plain paper or on a pre-printed form which can be obtained from your communal administration.
If you apply online you must:
- sign the application with your LuxTrust product or Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID); and
- submit it via MyGuichet.lu.
Your application has been correctly submitted to your communal administration if the 'Status' column of your procedure (to be found in 'My procedures') shows 'Sent'. The submission of your procedure will be confirmed with an automatic email sent to the email address indicated in your private eSpace.
The application must be submitted to your communal administration at the latest:
- Tuesday 5 August 2025 if you would like the polling card to be sent to you abroad;
- Wednesday 20 August 2025 if you would like the polling card to be sent to you in Luxembourg.
