The Health Directorate is organising a screening for familial hypercholesterolemia.

You will receive an invitation by post if you have a child:

• that is 18 months old;
• that has a 13-digit Luxembourg national identification number (Matricule); and
• that resides in Luxembourg.

This invitation contains a one-time login code (known as an OTP code), which is valid for 4 months from the date of receipt of the invitation. Past this deadline, you will no longer be able to make an appointment.

You must book an appointment for your child via MyGuichet.lu. This is an authenticated procedure that requires a LuxTrust product, a Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID) or an eIDAS means from another European country.

You must complete the form, select the meeting location and choose a time slot from those available.
