You can take advantage of the temporary increase in the tax credit on registration and transcription fees ('Bëllegen Akt') for notarial deeds signed between 1 January and 31 December 2024.

Thanks to this measure, the maximum amount of tax credit you can claim for the purchase of a property intended as your main residence is EUR 40,000 instead of EUR 30,000.
