New 'Inclusion' topic created

Access to information and communication plays a vital role in ensuring that people with disabilities can play an active part in society. In this context, the 2nd National Action Plan for the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities includes the provision of an online compendium bringing together in one place all the procedures, aids and other state measures available in Luxembourg.

New 'Inclusion' topic

Up until now, information on specific measures and offers for people with disabilities has been scattered across a number of different topics. The creation of our new 'Inclusion' topic means that the people concerned and any other interested citizens can now access all the information they need on procedures, aids and other state measures in this area more easily, all in one place.

'Facile à lire' and 'Leichte Sprache'

To make information even easier to access, the translation into 'Facile à lire' and 'Leichte Sprache' is continuing apace. 'Facile à lire' and 'Leichte Sprache' pages are produced in cooperation with Klaro, the official easy-to-read language centre, and the APEMH workshop proofreading group. In this context, it should be pointed out that this measure benefits all citizens, particularly when it comes to understanding administrative texts.
