People eligible for individual housing aid can now make an appointment online with the Single point of contact for housing assistance (Guichet unique des aides au logement).

Appointments can be made without authentication on MyGuichet.lu. No LuxTrust product or electronic identity card (eID) is required.

You simply indicate the purpose of your appointment and choose the day and time from the slots on offer. For the time being, there are only time slots for appointments on Thursdays.

If the request for an appointment is granted, you will receive an appointment confirmation. The confirmation will state the date and time of your appointment.
