Whether you are a private individual or a professional, the Facilitation Unit for Urban Planning and Environment (CFUE) offers you technical assistance and advice if you:

• you have questions about urban planning and the environment;
• want to know more about the laws and regulations in force;
• need help in identifying the steps needed to make your project a reality.

Citizens, companies or communes wishing to launch a planning, urbanisation or development project can contact the CFUE. Appointments can be made:

• ideally early in the planning process, before any formal procedures are initiated; and
• via MyGuichet.lu.

This is a procedure without authentication, so you do not need a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).

After analysing your application, the CFUE will contact you to arrange a meeting to review the applicable rules and discuss your specific needs. The meeting can take place in person or by video conference.
