Following a technological upgrade, beneficiaries of the free Adapto transport service now benefit from an even more efficient booking system and mobile application.

Adapto is a specialised transport service that complements Luxembourg's public transport offer and is aimed at people:

• with a permanent disability or a physical, mental, sensory or psychological impairment;
• with reduced mobility;
• suffering from a progressive illness;
• who are unable to travel by themselves.
  
  

  The related mobile application, Adapto.lu, has just been updated.
  
  Among the new features, it now allows you to order an Adapto vehicle for transport the same day (up to 2 hours before the desired departure).

  The new application's functionalities also allow:
  

• real-time tracking of the vehicle ordered;
  
• the receipt of an SMS or voice call when the vehicle leaves, when it arrives or in the event of a delay;
  
• the possibility for the customer to call the driver and vice versa if necessary;
  
• better identification of the vehicle, by indicating the transport company and the registration number;
  
• the possibility to include a comment for the driver.

The application exists in 3 languages (French, German, English) and is available free of charge for Android (Google Play) and IOS (App store).

Adapto transport services can only be used within the territory of Luxembourg.
