Booking an appointment with the CCSS

It is now possible to make an appointment with the Joint Social Security Centre (CCSS) online.
In order to make an appointment online, applicants must go to the MyGuichet.lu platform. They must then enter the exact purpose of the appointment and select the date and time of appointment from among the time slots offered.
After having submitted their request, they will receive an appointment confirmation by email from the CCSS. The document received contains a series of practical information as well as a QR code that must be presented at the appointment.
This procedure does not require a LuxTrust product.
If a person is unable to make an appointment online, they can contact the CCSS by email or telephone.
