Make an appointment with the Health Insurance Fund for Communal Civil Servants and Employees

For security reasons, and in order to comply with social distancing measures, it is now possible to make an appointment online with the Health Insurance Fund for Communal Civil Servants and Employees (Caisse de maladie des fonctionnaires et employés communaux - CMFEC).

The appointment can be made using MyGuichet.lu without the need for authentication with a LuxTrust product.

You can make an appointment for yourself or for any other person affiliated with the CMFEC.

You choose the day and time of your appointment and then mention the purpose of your appointment.

You will first receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your appointment request. If the CMFEC accepts the appointment, it will send you an email to confirm the appointment within 24 or 48 hours.

The appointment requested only becomes final after being confirmed by the CMFEC.
