Une connexion et signature avec GouvID reste cependant possible. Par ailleurs, l’utilisation de l’app MyGuichet.lu pour des démarches sans signature reste fonctionnelle, à condition que l’app est couplée avec l’espace personnel de l’utilisateur.

  • Our service provider LuxTrust has announced maintenance work on Saturday 19 April from 22.00 to 23.59. During this period, it will not be possible to log in to public services such as MyGuichet.lu or eCDF, or to sign electronically using a LuxTrust product. However, it is still possible to log in and sign with GouvID. Furthermore, the MyGuichet.lu mobile app can still be used for procedures that do not require a signature, provided that the app is linked to the user's private eSpace.

Requesting an eTracking number for a procedure

Certain PDF forms for your administrative procedures can be sent using the eTracking option. This optional tracking feature allows you to be informed by SMS or email of the progress of an application sent by post to an administration or public body.

To benefit from this option, you must first generate a document with an eTracking number via MyGuichet.lu. You then send this document, together with the form, to the relevant administration or public body.

Requesting an eTracking number

  1. Go to Guichet.lu.
  2. Find the information page that corresponds to the procedure you want to carry out.
  3. Click on 'Online services and forms'.
  4. If the eTracking feature is available for the PDF form, click on the procedure to launch it.
  5. After having answered the security question and accepted the terms and conditions, click on 'Continue'.
  6. Fill in at least the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  7. Click on 'Continue'.
  8. You will be redirected to the 'eTracking procedure' page: click on 'Print' to print the document with the eTracking number that you must attach to the form.
  9. Click on 'Fill in the procedure's form' to download and save the PDF form.

You must send the printed document together with the duly completed and signed form in the same envelope to the relevant administration or public body.
