Registration of a key players in the sports sector

Registering as a key player in the sports sector allows you to centralise:
- your personal details; and
- your contacts; and
- any information required by the various applications of the Ministry of Sport.
Thanks to a MyGuichet.lu procedure that allows you to enter and update your details, the database is kept up to date by:
- officials from the Ministry of Sport;
- yourself as a key player in the sports sector.
Registering allows you to enter your data in one place and ensures its accuracy in all Ministry of Sport applications.
Who is concerned
Registration of a key player in the sports sector is reserved for:
- sports federations;
- clubs affiliated to a federation.
Prerequisites
Creating a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu
You can access the online procedure for registering your details only via a certified MyGuichet business eSpace.
How to create a business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu
There are 2 possible scenarios:
- You are a new user of MyGuichet.lu. You must:
- first register on MyGuichet.lu; and
- then create a business eSpace.
- You already have a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. You can directly create a business eSpace without having to register again.

Certification of the business eSpace
Your business eSpace must be certified by the Ministry of Sport.
To do so, please apply for certification via your account, according to your category (see under 'Online services and forms').
How to proceed
Filing an application
You can submit your application to register as a key player in the sports sector or to update your data:
- online via your certified business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu (see under 'Online services and forms'); or
- by email to acteurs.sportifs@sp.etat.lu; or
- by post to:

Supporting documents
You must also enclose the following documents with your application:
- your articles of association;
- the bank account identification document (RIB) for each account you specified.

- for your contacts can be found in these individuals' private eSpaces under the heading 'Services Catalogue' for the 'Ministère des Sports'.
