National Service of the Mediator of Consumption
The National Service of the Mediator of Consumption (Service national du Médiateur de la consommation) is a neutral and independent body that provides consumers, professionals and companies with a voluntary, confidential procedure for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes concerning a contractual agreement between the consumer and professional or company.
The National Service of the Mediator of Consumption is on the list of out-of-court resolution bodies for consumer disputes issued by the Ministry of the Economy.
