Are you looking for an amicable solution to a consumer dispute? The Mediator of consumption can help you.

You can refer a matter to the Mediator of consumption in your capacity as:

• a professional based in Luxembourg who is involved in a dispute with a consumer; or
• a consumer involved in a dispute with a professional based in Luxembourg.

You can now submit your request to the Mediator of consumption online via MyGuichet.lu. This can be done with or without authentication using:

• a LuxTrust product;
• a Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID); or
• an eIDAS means of identification from another Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA);

Proceedings brought before the Mediator of consumption are free of charge.
