Deactivation of the LuxTrust Token

LuxTrust, MyGuichet.lu's partner for secure connection to its online services, has announced the deactivation of the Token by 31 December 2024. This decision, aimed at further securing online transactions, will affect you if you use a Token to connect to MyGuichet.lu.

As the deactivation date of the Token approaches quickly, we recommend that you consider switching to the alternative offered by LuxTrust, the LuxTrust Mobile application, as soon as possible. This is the digital equivalent of the Token, offering an even higher level of security.

In order to facilitate the transition, LuxTrust:

  • provides a step-by-step tutorial (Pdf, 914 Kb) to help you activate the LuxTrust Mobile application; and
  • offers dedicated support:
    • by telephone at (+352) 24 55 05 50 on working days from 8.00 to 18.00;
    • by email at questions@luxtrust.lu;
    • in person at their premises on working days from 9.00 to 18.00.

Did you know? You can also log in to MyGuichet.lu using:

  • your Luxembourgish electronic identity card (eID) and the GouvID application, provided you have activated the electronic certificates;
  • an eIDAS device from another European country.
