Book an appointment via MyGuichet.lu with the CFUE

Do you intend to carry out a refurbishment, urbanisation or development project. In this case you can book an appointment online with the Facilitation Unit for Urban Planning and Environment (CFUE) via MyGuichet.lu. It can offer technical assistance and advice to both private individuals and legal entities in the context of the planning and authorisation processes for their projects.

Ideally, you should contact the CFUE at the beginning of the planning process, before the official procedures are initiated.

The MyGuichet.lu procedure is available without authentication and, since recently, also available with authentication using:

  • a LuxTrust product;
  • a Luxembourg electronic identity card (eID);
  • an eIDAS device from another European country.
