To comply with the obligations set out in the law of 16 May 2023 on the mandatory automatic exchange of information reported by platform operators, the latter must register with the Luxembourg Inland Revenue (ACD) online via MyGuichet.lu by 31 December 2023 at the latest.

The procedure for registering the digital platform operator is a procedure with authentication via a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID). It can also be used to send notifications to the ACD (updating information, requesting deletion or choosing the Member State in which to report).

Registration constitutes a prerequisite to the obligation to report data and information concerning sellers who are active on digital platforms.
