Declaration of food supplements

Are you a manufacturer of food supplements or the person responsible for placing food supplements on the market (tablets, powder packets, small vials with liquids, etc.).? If so, you are required to submit a declaration to the Health Directorate (Direction de la Santé) before placing such products on the market for the first time.
Please remember that this declaration does not constitute an authorisation to place the product on the market.
Businesses established in Luxembourg must submit the declaration of food supplements online using MyGuichet.lu with a LuxTrust connection to the Health Directorate.
