Summary judgment hearing

A summary judgment hearing is a fast procedure of the court where an individual or a business whose legal rights are threatened can request a court judge to order a provisional measure with the aim to stop the threat. The judgement entered by the court is called an 'ordinance' which becomes immediately enforceable; an appeal is possible, however the decision is not suspended and must be enforced.
