Vaccinated persons in Luxembourg can submit an online request to receive a new vaccination certificate by post. This vaccination certificate - called "CovidCheck Certificate" in Luxembourg - is an EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC) which :
The CovidCheck Certificate can be requested via MyGuichet.lu.
From 10 June 2021, the vaccination certificates issued in vaccination centres and available on MyGuichet.lu are CovidCheck Certificates containing the secure QR code.

The online application via MyGuichet.lu therefore only concerns persons who:

The issue of a paper version of the CovidCheck Certificate is free of charge.
The applicant can submit an online request for a paper version of the CovidCheck Certificate of vaccination using a form available on MyGuichet.lu.
The online application can be made without a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).
Those who do not have the possibility to apply for their certificate online can contact the Health Helpline on (+352) 247-65533 available Monday to Sunday from 8.00 to 19.00.
