In your personal eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can now download the certificate of conformity yourself (also known as the European certificate of conformity, abbreviated to COC), in just a few clicks, for all your vehicles:

• which were first registered after 5 July 2026; and
• for which such a certificate exists.

You can find the new service allowing you to download the electronic certificate of conformity (also known as the eCOC) in your private eSpace, under 'Services catalogue › Bodies › Société Nationale de Circulation Automobile - SNCA › Vehicles and registration numbers' – or simply by clicking on the link below:

Just like the standard certificate of conformity, the eCOC allows you to certify that your vehicle is in conformity with the requirements of the European Union (EU) directives on vehicle type-approval and roadworthiness. You can download the eCOC in PDF or XML format, depending on your needs.

Automotive professionals can also download an eCOC for vehicles via their business eSpace. In the business eSpace, you will find this new service under 'Services catalogue › Bodies › Société Nationale de Circulation Automobile - SNCA › Vehicles and registration numbers'.
