Are you planning to carry out one of the following types of works:

  • public or private construction, upgrade, repair, earthworks or storage works;
  • between 22.00 and 7.00;
  • in an urban area?

In this case, you must apply to the Environment Agency (Administration de l’environnement) for an exemption to carry out night work in an urban area.

This application can now be made online via MyGuichet.lu. This is a procedure with authentication that requires a LuxTrust product.

Please note: you must submit your application for authorisation before commencing works.
