Help us shape the physical reception desks of tomorrow!

Last update

Currently, you can visit the Guichet.lu physical reception desk, located on rue Notre-Dame in Luxembourg City, for any questions you may have about the procedures and services offered by Luxembourg's administrations and public bodies. In order to bring this service closer to all Luxembourg citizens, the Ministry for Digitalisation is conducting a public consultation to assess your needs with a view to creating one or more 'local reception desks'.

What is a 'local reception desk'? It is a service point close to your home, offering direct access to and assistance with public services.

This initiative aims to promote digital inclusion and guarantee access to administrative services for all, regardless of location or digital skills, in order to improve the accessibility of public services throughout the country.

Help shape the future of public services near you by taking part in the online survey! Further information is available at guichetproximite.lu.

If you prefer to complete a paper version of the survey, please call the Ministry at (+352) 247 72100 to have a paper version mailed to your home.

In addition, the Ministry will be present with an information stand at several locations across Luxembourg until early December. There you can:

  • find out more about the initiative;
  • complete the survey online or on paper; and
  • get answers to your questions about the local reception desk project.
