• the construction of a sustainable dwelling.
• renewable energy-based technical installations;
• a home renovation based on an energy consultation;
• the energy efficiency renovation of a residential building that does not include an energy consultation and is limited to a single construction element.

These are procedures with authentication that require a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID).
