A technical and economic unit of an agricultural nature which is managed separately from other units, with human and material resources and owning or having at its disposal on a permanent and long-term basis, for example by way of lease, all the means of production necessary for its independent management, in particular buildings, machinery and equipment, and at least:

• 3 hectares of eligible agricultural land; or 
• 0.10 hectares of vineyards; or
  
• 0.50 hectares of nurseries; or
  
• 0.30 hectares of orchards; or
  
• 0.25 hectares of vegetable patches.
