Centre for Civil and Commercial Mediation (CMCC)

The Centre for Civil and Commercial Mediation (Centre de médiation civile et commerciale - CMCC) offers an amicable process for settling civil, commercial or social disputes.

Its aim is to help the parties reach the best possible solution or, failing this, reach an acceptable solution for all parties involved.

The quick and low-cost mediation procedure offered by the CMCC facilitates the settlement of disputes – particularly those involving commercial interests with only limited amounts, thereby specifically taking the needs of SMEs into account.

Any written request should be sent to the registered office of the CMCC. Appointments may be scheduled by phone or email.
