The Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts and the Betriber&Emwelt platform of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) invite you to an information session dedicated to the operating permit known as the 'commodo', featuring experts from the Environment Agency (AEV) and the Inspectorate of Labour and Mines (Inspection du travail et des mines - ITM).

The aim is to raise your awareness of the procedures for obtaining and managing operating permits and to provide you with practical solutions to the issues you encounter in practice.

This event will take place on Tuesday 13 October 2026 and will consist of 2 parts:

• from 9.00 - 10.00: general webinar for all businesses; and
• from 10.30 - 12.00; parallel sector-specific webinars for:
  • metal construction workshops;
  • joinery workshops;
  • garages.

You can participate in the language of your choice: Luxembourgish, French or German

On the agenda are:

• the procedures to be completed to obtain an operating permit;
• the obligations to be met once the permit has been granted;
• follow-up and amendment procedures;
• the role of accredited bodies;
• the specific requirements applicable to certain sectors of activity.
