The Betriber&Emwelt platform, in collaboration with the Environment Agency (Administration de l'environnement - AEV) and Valorlux, invites you to a webinar on the implementation of the extended producer responsibility system for non-household packaging.

This webinar will take place on 28 January 2025, from 10.00 to 11.00.

It is aimed at companies that:

• package 'non-household' products or have them packaged; and
• import products or have products imported with 'non-household' packaging in order to place them on the Luxembourg market.

Objectives of the webinar:

• inform you about the European and national regulatory context;
• identify whether you are considered to be responsible for packaging;
• explain the steps you need to take to be in conformity.
