The Betriber&Emwelt platform now has a section of its website dedicated specifically to the Commodo procedures (operating permit for classified establishments) as well as one focusing on environmental management. Their aim is to make companies aware of Commodo requirements and inform them of any changes to them by providing information that is non-exhaustive, concise, simplified and accessible to the uninitiated.

These new sections contain an FAQ, a toolkit, documentation and a selection of useful links.

As a reminder, any natural or legal person planning to operate an establishment or carry out an activity listed in the nomenclature of classified establishments must hold an operating permit (commodo/incommodo).
