The co-financing system for continuing vocational training, which allows companies legally established in Luxembourg to benefit from State financial aid, is currently in a transitional phase.
As of now, the request for approval of the training plan, which was to be introduced within 3 months after the start of the operating year and concerned any company whose annual investment in training plan was greater than EUR 75,000, has been deleted.
For the 2017 financial year, which has just been closed, companies have until May 31, 2018 to transmit the following documents to the INFPC:
- an annual balance sheet, if their investment in training is less than or equal to EUR 75,000;
- a final report if this investment exceeds EUR 75,000.
For the 2018 financial year, which began on 1 January, the annual balance sheet and the final report are replaced by a single "co-financing request" form. This request must be submitted within the 5 months following the end of the financial year. The form itself will be made available online in the coming months.
