An occasional and temporary provision of services is deemed to be a service:

• provided in Luxembourg by operators established:
  • in a country of the European Economic Area (EEA);
  • or in the Swiss Confederation (CH);
• and it can not be:
  • neither an intra-Community supply;
  • nor an intra-Community acquisition;
  • nor an import of a good.
