Guichet.lu is a website with the objective to simplify exchanges with the State through a fast and user-friendly access to all the information and services provided by public institutions. Presented by the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the website is edited by the State Centre for Information Technologies (Centre des technologies de l'information de l'Etat - CTIE), an administration under the Ministry of the Civil Service and Administrative Reform and by the Ministry of the Economy (Ministère de l'Economie), in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce (Chambre de Commerce) and the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts (Chambre des Métiers).
The website is hosted by the CTIE.
The Guichet.lu is user-friendly and offers both citizens and businesses:
- a simple and clear access to information and online services provided by the State;
- a description of the main administrative procedures;
- the possibility to download forms and, in certain cases, to submit them online to the competent administration;
- the possibility to carry out administrative procedures electronically via an online application.
Particular care has been taken to ensure a satisfactory level of quality and accessibility. This website was designed according to the Renow Referential (Web Normalisation Referential of the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
