In order to consult, fill out or download a PDF on Guichet.lu, it is essential to have installed the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software beforehand.
To be able to view and use a form on Guichet.lu in the best possible way, it is recommended to first save the form on your computer and then open it directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the downloaded file.
Editable PDF forms are intended to be filled directly with Adobe Acrobat Reader. These interactive forms contain fields that can be completed with this software in order to add, for example, personal information, or to check multiple choice questions. Once you have made your changes, you can save them with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Note that not all forms are intended by their author to be filled directly on a computer. Indeed, some must be filled manually.

For all browsers, you must have installed: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
a) Firefox
If you want to download a PDF form with Firefox you have to click on the "Download the form" link to choose:
- opening it directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then saving it in the location of your choice, or;
- saving the file and then select it in order to open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

b) Chrome
With Chrome, you must:
- click on the "Download the form" link to save the file, then;
- click on the link that appears in the bottom left corner of the screen.

c) Edge
If you wish to download a PDF form with Edge, you must click on the "Download the form" link on Guichet.lu.
The form concerned then opens automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
It must then be saved in the location of your choice.
d) Internet Exporer
With Explorer, you must:
- right click on the link "Download the form", choose "Save link as ..." in the menu and select the location where to save the file;
- retrieve it from where you saved it and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

e) Safari
With Safari, you must:
- click on the "Download the form" link while holding down the Control (CTRL) key;
- then choose the option "Download linked file";
- retrieve it from where you saved it and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Mac users must not use the Preview function built into MacOS to fill out forms available on Guichet.lu. It is essential to use Adobe Acrobat Reader for this purpose because these forms are designed to be used only with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
