If you have multiple eSpaces, you are first redirected to the page where you can select an eSpace. You will only be redirected to the home page after having selected an eSpace.
What features can I find on the private eSpace home page?
The following sections concern your relations with Luxembourg administrations and public bodies:
- In the 'My procedures' section, you can access all procedures with authentication that you have created on MyGuichet.lu to this day. You will also find a 'New procedure' button that allows you to:
- consult the procedures catalogue (previously accessible via the navigation bar); and
- start a procedure of your choosing.

- In the 'My data' section, you can find all personal data that have been provided to the Luxembourg administrations and public bodies (known as 'authentic sources').
- In the 'My messages' section, you can find:
- all messages (requests for clarification, additional information, etc.) received from Luxembourg administrations and public bodies via MyGuichet.lu as part of your online procedures;
- documents for which you have activated the eDelivery function (details of reimbursements, tax cards, etc.);
- your appointment confirmations.
In the following sections, you can add further information to your private eSpace in order to make it more suitable to your needs:
- In the 'My eSpace profile' section, you add and modify information about yourself to speed up the pre-filling of certain online procedures. Please note that this only concerns additional information (telephone numbers, professional situation, bank details, etc.) that you can freely choose to add to your private eSpace.
- In the 'My documents' section, you can access the documents you have saved in your private eSpace in order to add these documents as attachments or supporting documents to your future online procedures.
What features can I find on the business eSpace home page?
The following sections concern the relations of your business, or the one for which you have authority to act, with Luxembourg administrations and public bodies:
- In the 'My procedures' section, you have access to a list of all the procedures with authentication that you have created in this professional eSpace via MyGuichet.lu so far. You will also find a 'New procedure' button that allows you to:
- consult the procedures catalogue (previously accessible via the navigation bar); and
- start a procedure of your choosing.
- In the 'My business data' section, you can find all data concerning your business, or the business on whose behalf you have authority to act, and that have been provided to the Luxembourg administrations and public bodies (known as 'authentic sources').
- In the 'My messages' section, you can find:
- all messages (requests for clarification, additional information, etc.) received from Luxembourg administrations and public bodies via MyGuichet.lu as part of your business' online procedures;
- documents received through the eDelivery service (such as tax cards for example).
