Set up a business eSpace

A business eSpace allows access to numerous online services aimed at legal persons. These services allow you to:

  • create online procedures that require strong authentication;
  • view and verify data concerning your company that is held by public administrations and bodies (also known as 'authentic sources');
  • access the following content:
    • messages received from administrations and public bodies via MyGuichet.lu as part of your business's online procedures; and
    • documents received via the eDelivery service.

In order to create a business eSpace, you must first log in to MyGuichet.lu and register the authentication product you wish to use to access online services. To set up a business eSpace, you do not need any supporting documents concerning your business activities.

You can create your business eSpace with the same product you use for your private eSpace (LuxTrust product for private use, eID or eIDAS). It is also possible to use a LuxTrust product for professional use.

Please note that you are limited to 200 business eSpaces per authentication product, regardless of the product you use. If you wish to increase this limit, you must contact the Guichet.lu Helpdesk.

I am a new user and I wish to create a business eSpace. What do I need to do?

If you are a new user and do not have neither a private eSpace nor a business eSpace, follow the next steps to set up a business eSpace:

  1. Log in to MyGuichet.lu with the authentication product you registered beforehand.
  2. You are redirected to the page where you can manage your eSpaces. Click on 'Create a business eSpace'.
  3. Fill in the mandatory fields marked with a star (*) and click on 'Confirm'.
I already have a private eSpace and I want to create a business eSpace. What do I need to do?

If you already have a private eSpace but no business eSpace, follow the next steps to create a business eSpace:

  1. Log in to MyGuichet.lu with the authentication product you registered beforehand. It can be the same product you used to set up your private eSpace.
  2. You are then redirected to the home page of your private eSpace. Click on your name indicated in the header. A drop down menu will open: click on 'Switch eSpace'.
  3. Click on 'Manage my eSpaces'.
  4. Click on 'Create a business eSpace'.
  5. Fill in the mandatory fields marked with a star (*) and click on 'Confirm'.

Business eSpaces are collaborative, i.e. as an administrator you can invite other people to join your eSpace. They can then, depending on the role they have been assigned, manage online administrative procedures within the same eSpace.

Please note that the online services of certain sectors of activity (food safety, social elections, etc.) are only accessible via a certified business eSpace. By certifying your eSpace, the administration or public body concerned confirms that you, on behalf of your company, have the necessary rights to access the procedures and authentic sources of your company that are concerning the administration or public body.
