The Passport, Visa and Legalisation Office, placed under the authority of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs is competent for:
- issuing Luxembourg passports and travel documents for refugees, stateless persons and foreigners;
- issuing short-term visas to nationals from countries subject to visa obligations;
- certifying signatures from Luxembourg public authorities on documents destined to public authorities from foreign countries.
