The "Fit 4 Service" programme is dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses that aim to improve the quality of their customer services. This measure from the Ministry of the Economy is intended for covering the expenses for an expert who is to carry out a diagnostic of the quality of customer services provided by the business in order to identify the elements that will allow to improve the quality of said services.
Who is concerned
The programme "Fit 4 Service" is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the sectors of commerce, industry, craftsmanship and Horeca which have a business permit granted by the General Directorate for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises at the Ministry of the Economy.
How to proceed
SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION
The business must submit an online application on the website of Luxinnovation in order to benefit from the "Fit 4 Service" programme.
The business can then select a consultant approved by Luxinnovation from the list which will be made available for the "Fit 4 Service" programme. The consultant chosen will carry out a diagnostic in customer services and assess the customer relationship management of the business.
Subsequently, the consultant will produce a report for the business presenting recommendations and measures for improvement which, in a second phase, have to be implemented in order to increase the quality of customer services and customer satisfaction, both on the level of the organisation and with respect to equipment and material.
Amount of aid
Within the framework of "Fit 4 Service" the Ministry of the Economy covers the cost of the diagnostic corresponding to 5 days of consulting services of a maximum value of EUR 6,000 excl. VAT.
The consultant must be approved by Luxinnovation (see the list of approved consultants).
As soon the business's application is validated for the "Fit 4 Service" programme, the applicant receives a "voucher/chèque service entreprise" with a view to cover the diagnostic expenses up to the amount of EUR 6,000 excl. VAT.
Businesses who decide to implement the measures proposed by the consultant 's business diagnostic may potentially benefit from the SME aid scheme in order to:
- use other consultancy services provided by external experts; or
- benefit from investment aid for SMEs.
If, within the framework of implementations of recommendations regarding the improvement of the quality of customer services, the business's staff is enrolled in training courses, the business can benefit from aid for continuing vocational training.
