The Government plans to submit to the Chamber of Deputies, during the ordinary session of 2021-2022, a bill whose purpose is to authorise the subsidisation of the execution of an 11th five-year programme (2023-2027) for tourism infrastructure equipment.
Organisations planning to carry out projects of touristic interest in the period 2023-2027 can respond to this call for projects by filling in a project questionnaire and returning it to the Ministry of the Economy.
Who is concerned
The following organisations can complete and submit the questionnaire:
- associations of communes;
- non-profit associations;
- economic interest groups (EIGs);
Investments related to tourism infrastructure are eligible.
Investments concerning the following are not eligible under this call for proposals:
- simple maintenance or renovation works; and
- any acquisition or replacement of tourism equipment that is not carried out as part of an investment or modernisation project.
The completed questionnaire should be sent to the General Directorate for Tourism before 31 October 2021.
How to proceed
Participation in the call for projects
Tourism infrastructure projects should:
- contribute to the development of sustainable tourism; and
- fit, insofar possible, into the regional or national strategy.
Please note that this form is only a call for projects in order to identify the tourism projects likely to be carried out in the years 2023 to 2027 and to define the budgetary envelope of the 11th five-year programme.
Sending the completed questionnaire is not considered to be an application for a subsidy.
A complete subsidy application accompanied by all the required documents may be submitted to the General Directorate for Tourism after the entry into force of the 11th five-year programme for tourism infrastructure equipment.
