Transmission of salary and pension account statements (ECSP) for the fiscal year 2023
All employers and pension funds established in Luxembourg must electronically file their salary or pension account statements (ECSP) with the Luxembourg Inland Revenue (Administration des contributions directes - ACD).
The electronic transmission:
- must be done using MyGuichet.lu with authentication using a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID); and
- must be made before 1 March of the year following the tax year.
Salary or pension account statements (ECSP) for the
fiscal year 2023 can now be submitted to the ACD via MyGuichet.lu. Further information on electronic filing is available in our
