Several phishing attempts involving Guichet.lu are currently underway. Fraudulent emails and SMS messages featuring the logo of Guichet.lu are being sent out.

Posing as the Grand Ducal Police, the scammers:
Neither MyGuichet.lu nor the Grand Ducal Police offer a tool that allows you to consult a file of offences linked to your car's registration number online.
Posing as Guichet.lu, the scammers:
In this context, we would like to remind you that government institutions will never ask you to enter your personal details via a link sent by email or SMS, nor to make a payment in this way.
