If food or feed business operators consider or have reason to believe that a product does not meet the requirements for the food chain safety, they must:

• withdraw the product from the market; and
• notify the problem to the authorities;
• if necessary, inform buyers and recall the product concerned.

This notification must be submitted:

• using the online assistant available on MyGuichet.lu, with or without authentication with a LuxTrust product (Smartcard, Token, Signing-Stick) or an electronic identity card (eID); or
• using the MyGuichet.lu mobile app.
