All employers and pension funds established in Luxembourg are required to file extracts of salary and pension account statements (ECSP) electronically with the Luxembourg Inland Revenue (Administration des contributions directes - ACD).

The electronic transmission:

• must be done using MyGuichet.lu with authentication by a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID); and
• must be made before 1 March of the year following the tax year.
