From 1 July 2022, the Guichet.lu reception desk offers its services from Monday to Friday, between 8.00 and 17.00 without interruption, i.e.:

• application for or collection of an identity card for residents and non-résidents;
  
• replacement, renewal, exchange or conversion of the driving licence;
• application for a duplicate copy of the driving licence;
• request for information and assistance concerning an administrative procedure.

For the busy periods before the school holidays, it is recommended to make an appointment in advance:

• online using MyGuichet.lu; or
• by phone at 247-82000 (from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 18.00).
