Guichet.lu has published its first French information page in plain language concerning the civil partnership (PACS) online. This document in plain language is now available in:
Plain language consists in short sentences, simple words, explanations and pictures.
The objective is to facilitate the comprehension of our information pages and procedures for a maximum of persons.
The staff at Guichet.lu has worked on the documents in plain language together with Klaro, the official office for plain language. Klaro is a service managed by the Association pour personnes en situation de handicap (APEMH - association for persons with disabilities).
Furthermore, we have also made available a new document in Leichte Sprache, which is the German equivalent of plain language. This document explains, in simple words, how you can declare your move to a commune in Luxembourg.
Guichet.lu now offers information pages in plain language on communal elections.
