Schools and educational facilities for schooled children will be closed from 8 February until 21 February at least (the end of the Carnival holiday), with the exception for graduation classes (the final year in secondary education), for which classroom teaching is maintained.
Parents of children aged 4 to 13 may again resort to the leave for family reasons.
Please note: both parents cannot take leave for family reasons at the same time.

Under certain conditions, the Luxembourg government may grant financial aid to farms operating in the pig sector in Luxembourg which have suffered a loss of turnover due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new procedures for applying for aid for costs not covered, set up by the Ministry of the Economy as part of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, will be communicated as soon as possible.
