Apply for your EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC)
You can find 2 different procedures on the MyGuichet.lu platform which are related to the EU Digital COVID Certificates (EU DCC), known as 'CovidCheck Certificates' in Luxembourg.
It is reminded that these are 2 separate online procedures that should not be confused with each other. Applications submitted using the wrong procedure cannot be processed.
'Request for receiving the vaccination certificate by post (CovidCheck Certificate)'
Persons concerned: anyone vaccinated in Luxembourg and who has a 13-digit Luxembourg national identification number (matricule).
If you have been vaccinated in Luxembourg before 10 June 2021, you will automatically have received your European vaccination certificate (EU DCC) in paper form by post. It is also available in electronic form in the "My data" tab of your private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. You can download it there and, if necessary, print it.
If you have been vaccinated in Luxembourg and need a new European vaccination certificate, but do not have a private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, you can request that a new certificate be sent to you by post in paper form.
The request can be made using an online form on MyGuichet.lu without needing a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID). For more information on how to apply, see our explanatory information page on the subject.
'Application for a European certificate of vaccination or recovery (DCC: Digital COVID Certificate)'
Persons concerned: Luxembourg nationals and Luxembourg residents who were vaccinated or tested positive abroad who have a 13-digit national identification number (matricule).
If you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with one of the EU-approved vaccines or tested positive for COVID-19 abroad, you can apply for a European certificate (EU DCC) of vaccination or recovery. You will receive a paper version of your certificate by post a few days after your application. It is also available for viewing and downloading in electronic form in the "My data" tab of your private eSpace on MyGuichet.lu.
This request can be made using an online form on MyGuichet.lu without needing a LuxTrust product or an electronic identity card (eID). However, if you already have a European certificate (EU DCC), for example because it has already been issued to you in the country where you were vaccinated, you cannot make this request.
