The Ministry of Health is urging people who test positive for Covid-19 to self-isolate as soon as they receive their results from the laboratory.
If a person is informed that he or she has been in high-risk contact with a person who has tested positive, the Ministry recommends that they go into self-isolation.
The contact tracing unit will contact them as soon as possible.
In order to be able to continue managing contact tracing, it is essential not to call the hotline immediately, but to wait for the contact tracing unit to make contact. The participation of everyone in the tracing process will help to better control the pandemic.
