Certain communes now allow the declaration of arrival in the event of a move from one commune to another within Luxembourg to be made online via MyGuichet.lu.
The online declaration of a change of habitual residence can apply to a single person, as well as to their spouse or registered partner and/or their minor children, provided that they lived at the same address.
Applicants are advised to attach a supporting document certifying the reality of the habitual residence to the declaration of arrival, such as:
In the event of a move abroad, the declaration of departure can also be made online.

Applications for the cost-of-living allowance for the current year must be submitted to the National Solidarity Fund (Fonds national de solidarité – FNS) by 30 September 2020 at the latest.
