In order to support businesses in their training efforts and to facilitate the establishment of apprenticeship contracts, the Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts offers the "Tuteur en entreprise" training free of charge to employers and members under its jurisdiction and who are responsible for training apprentices in businesses.
As a reminder, a training company must designate one or more tutors to accompany the apprentice throughout their apprenticeship. The tutor/trainer employer is responsible for the practical training and pedagogical supervision of the apprentice.
Unless they hold a Master Craftsman's certificate or a qualification of equivalent level, the tutor/trainer employer must follow a 3-day training course at the competent professional chamber. The aim of this training is:
