Preservation & Termination of a business
The National Employment Agency (ADEM) would like to remind you that employers have a period of 3 months following the month of the occurrence of short-time working due to COVID-19 to introduce the timesheet statement online on MyGuichet.lu.
Thus, for the request for short-time working in April 2020, employers must have submitted their timesheet statement by 31 July 2020 at the latest.
After this deadline, employers will have to reimburse all the advances received for the month of April.
For each advance received, the business is invited by email or post to submit the statement on MyGuichet.lu. The person in charge, and if necessary their representative, will receive a file reference number, which must be specified in the timesheet statement.
All information concerning the submission of the statement within the framework of the short-time working scheme in the event of force majeure related to COVID-19 is available in our explanatory information page.
Businesses that have not received the invitation to submit the statement for the month of April 2020 are requested to contact ADEM as soon as possible.
